Yes, we have an in-house professional designing team.
what is the procedure to tool up new mould?
Firstly we will prepare the project chart which will include the information based on
the nature of the product to be produced. Secondly, we will confirm all the requirement and dimension of the new model (drawing and specification from you will be appreciated. Thirdly our engineering team will review and feedback the requirement. Once confirmed we will provide the 3D file for approval. Fourthly 3D printed prototype based on approved 3d file will send to you for final approval to tool up new mould. Finally, trail run will be initiated and mass production can be started if everything is fine.
